Depending on where you are in the world, AiSPi’s delivery options vary. You can view what’s currently available on our product page along with a tentative delivery timeline for pre-ordered items.
India
We pride ourselves in connecting India to the rest of the world with an exceptional delivery service. Our prices are inclusive of all customs, duties and clearance charges and hassles, so you don’t have to worry about any hidden charges.
In case, due to some unforeseen circumstances, there might be additional charges or duties that could apply. At that point, AiSPi will not be responsible for the additional charges.
In Stock Products:
Most products on our website are ready to order unless stated otherwise. For deliveries across India, expect shipping within 3–5 business days, while orders within Delhi/NCR arrive within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
Our standard shipping rate of Rs. 900 applies.
Pre-Orders:
As we share a great relationship with the brands that we retail, you have the exclusive options to pre-order select products or customise it. The delivery timelines for any product that is made-to-order or customised will vary anywhere from 4 weeks to 16 weeks. We only accept pre-orders once full payment is received.

Express Shipping:
Want to get your order in a day or two? We offer express shipping for selected products all across India! Connect with our Fashion Advisor over Whatsapp or email us on info@aispi.co to see if Express Shipping applies to the product that you want.
Across India: 24-48 hours post payment confirmation
Delhi NCR: Within 6 hours if payment is confirmed by 4 pm IST
Our express shipping rate is Rs. 2000.
Public holidays, government holidays, political unrest, custom clearance delays, or weather conditions may unexpectedly impact delivery timelines. In such a scenario, we would do our best to ensure you get the product that you love as soon as possible. We will update you in these circumstances and appreciate your patience.
Rest of the world
We ship all across the world! Whether you’re in London or Dubai, Paris or Cairo, we will ship your desired product to you. The delivery timelines will vary depending on the product and the location you’re in. However, we do not cover any customs, duties or clearance charges and procedures in these cases.
In Stock Products:
Our current international shipping timeline is 2 – 4 weeks for stock products. Within 2-3 business days of placing your order, our logistics partner will give us a tentative timeline of delivery which will be shared with you.
Our standard shipping rate abroad is 25 Euros.
Pre-Orders:
For any pre-orders or customised products, our average delivery timeline around the world is 8 – 12 weeks. Please note we only accept pre-orders once full payment is received.

Express Shipping:
At the moment, we do not offer express shipping internationally except for within the EU. Before placing your order, please check with our Fashion Advisor available on Whatsapp or drop us an email on info@aispi.co.
